Coastal Path from Chora Sfakion to Agia Roumeli
If you decide to take the coastal path from Chora Sfakion to Agia Roumeli via Loutro and Agios Pavlos you will come across unforgettable images and experiences.
The Byzantine Chapel of Agios Pavlos is right on the beach at about 45 min east of Agia Roumeli. Built with stones from the same beach, it is not easy to see from far. The coupled church has frescoes and a fresh water spring. The spring emerges right from the beach sand and very close to the water line.
This delightful walk takes about 7 hours.
