The beach of Analipsi is close to the popular and well developed tourist resort of Kato Gouves, some 20 km east of Heraklion. The sandy beach is affected by the north winds. Well organized, the beach covers all the needs for accommodation, food and drink. Facilities for swimming and sunbathing (sun beds, umbrellas) and water sports are available. The end of the beach is less crowded.
